The room was modern and clean with a nice bathroom, and we really liked it; the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from a popular zoo.

Very friendly staff. Perfect breakfast. Good location, the metro is in around 6 minutes walk. Good restaurants in walking distance (recommended by the reception - don't miss the Wiesenstein restaurant if you like Schwabisches food, or the Vietnamese one that is run by a funny guy). The room size is ideal, the bed was more comfortable than at home. :)

I liked the fact that I had a very good sized room which was nicely furnished,immaculately clean and well serviced each day. Also it was very quiet so I slept well. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was extremely good. The fresh flowers in the breakfast room, the room with the computer and in the reception area were a nice touch. The hotel is in a very pleasant area of Berlin. I would come back any time.

Really there is nothing to complain about. Some might find it a bit distant from public transport but I found it was OK - maybe a 6 to 8 minute walk to the nearest underground station.

Arco is a small, clean, friendly and well run establishment located in a very quiet area but close to good public transport links. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.
